Please take a moment to read our motel policies before you depart on your trip. If you have questions after reading these policies, please contact us online or by phone.

Who we are

The American boutique Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Lodging Policies

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged the total amount of your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

All the billing information asked at the time of booking a room is just to hold your reservation. We will not charge any amount to your card until you do the check-in here at the American Boutique Inn

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM –  10:00 PM
Check-out: 10:30 AM

If arriving outside of check-in times, please call ahead to make arrangements.

Smoking Policy

Absolutely no smoking inside. If you choose to disregard our No Smoking Policy and do Smoke inside your room, you agree to have your credit card charged a fee of $250.00 for clean-up; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pet Policy

No pets. If you choose to disregard our no pet policy and do bring your pet into the room, you agree to have your credit card charged a fee of $250.00 for clean-up.

Child Policy

Children are always welcome.
